Our Connect and Collaborate Suite helps facilitate genuine connections across boundaries – and enables greater insight, access, and opportunity for those who need it most.
- In BUILDING BRIDGES, we teach leaders to facilitate meaningful dialogue across differences to build empathy, co-create mutually beneficial outcomes, and enhance collaboration. (2 hours)
- In SPONSORING FOR CHANGE, we educate executive sponsors on their roles, establish a basis of connection between sponsors and those being sponsored, and open doors of communication for long-term impact. (2 hours)
- In COLLABORATING FOR CHANGE, we gather a diverse group of colleagues to understand existing workplace challenges for various talent segments, co-create a preferred future, identify bold choices and potential barriers to change, and determine critical steps to break through. (Full day)
